Just got this email:
There have been some issues with registering for the show using Etix and getting reservations at the hotel.
Etix is working out the kinks, and it should be fine by Monday.
The hotel is stating there is only 2 or 3 rooms left. This is UNTRUE! Evidently reservations/desk clerks aren't getting the message. I spoke with them last night, and the didn't have a clue and couldn't buy one. To get your reservations, call 1-386-258-6333 and ask for Katy (special events coordinator) or Sharon (her assistant), Mon thru Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM. Use the code word Cruisers or PT Cruisers to get the $62.00 a night rate. We have the whole hotel, 155 rooms blocked for us. I will also call Katy on Monday to get this issue resolved.
