Remove 2 Phillip head screws from the steering column cover. After cover is removed ther are 4 torx screws (I believe they are a 10 or 15 mm torx). Remove the electrical connectors from the back of the switch.Reinstall to new mutifunction switch and tighten 4 torx screwsand reinstall column cover.
