I suggest you pull them back out and clean the plugs as well as try to clean the thread in the cylinder head. Oil should never go on a plug (can foul the plug) or in the gas chamber. Besides you went 5,000 miles over on the plugs. Owner's manual states plugs should be changed every 30,000 miles, but I'm not gonna wait that long for mine!
