I can only say that California will check for codes, and that the system readiness codes have been set. These are so that the old trick of disconnecting the battery to clear reoccuring codes won't work. The car must be driven a while under specfic conditions to set them. It means the computer has had time to check the monitored systems. A pass DOESN'T mean the systems have passed, just that the check has been run. I don't have a turbo or stage 1, so I will defer to those who do.
