no not the dressing, that would work for the rubber strips below the windows. these are the pillar posts. the streaking is caused by the soap being used for the wash (too harsh) or not being rinsed well enough. try using Mothers California Gold wash next time. if it doesnt work, you will need to use a paint cleaner, comes in a wax type bottle and works just like wax but removes oxidation from the surface
