I think every 30,000 miles should be changed and a new filter installed. Flushing is better than changing but changing this often should be fine too. When they flush do they change the filter? Valvoline makes the ATF for Mopar. They have it available to the aftermarket. It's part number VAL324 Valvoline MaxLife ATF. Retail cost should be around $2.50 per quart. It is rated at ATF 4.
And, I thought we already had a tranny cooler built into our cars, right or wrong?
