It was a great weekend for me. my other car> 1969 Mercedes Benz 280Se, I have been restoring now for over a year. Today was the first car show I took it to. I didn't expect to win anything. sponsored by the Chicago Corvette Club. tons of Corvettes, cobras, vipers, 60/70 muscle cars, and hot rods. I won first place in my class, plus they voted my car "best of show" out of 175 cars. I couldn't believe it. what a cool feeling. perfect timing, because I'm selling it to spend more time (and $$$) on my Cruiser. it was a real education. I'm going to miss her. BY the way, I had my own paint sealant on this car as well. I guess it works>
