The standard procedure for this type of rattle is to remove the top and put some foam or double sticky tape under the cover. Pull off both A-pillar moldings and the center console. Remove the screw in the center and remove the cover. There may be some marks where the parts are contacting. Put the foam in the areas where they touch and reinstall.
