hey guys,me again with a simple but somewhat uncovered question for me:

what is an adequate warm-up time for our cars? i notice when starting my pt,the rpm goes up to about 1100 and in about 3 mins(depending on weather)goes back down to normal idle(about 900)....sometimes i'm so much in a hurry i can't wait for that time and just go easy for a few min while driving..
is it ok to do that?
