Mel,
I need you to send me the part number and date code as it appears on the Stage 1 control module, refer to the large white sticker on the front of the module. I will also need the VIN and date of purchase. Once I receive this information I will advise you as to what your options are.
Do NOT let the dealership reflash the module, doing so will wipe out the Stage 1 calibration and return your module to stock settings. When you reflash a module, the software in the module is completely erased and overwritten with the new code. The only item that will remain is the pinion factor settings, these settings are stored in a different location within the module. This is something the dealership should know, but you may want to share this with them anyway to prevent them from trying this with another customers vehicle.
