I have not used a catch can, but all I can say is if you install one DO NOT install one over the manifold heatshield! Last thing you need is the catch can popping, spilling or melting over the hot exhaust manifold and turbocharger! That idea is a fire waiting to happen! You'd be better off installing it in the front closer to the airbox.
