I believe that you do indeed have 7" wheels based on your info. The mystery is that nowhere in any of the Chrysler specs is that noted. It seems to me that if you also got the OEM tires in the 205/50-17 size on those 7" wide wheels the fit and look would have been a bit odd. Your new wider tires should not only look better but work better.
Do you have chrome or alloy "Star" wheels or does Chrysler only make one or the other? The reason I ask is I may keep my eye out for some factory style "take offs" being sold by an owner who went to an after market set of wheels.
