I am not sure if this is what you meant, but I asked a question a while back about putting GT springs on a N/A and was told that the it would lower my car about an inch. Then to find out that since I have touring edition, the GT springs won't do anything.
So I guess if you have a base 'cruiser and put touring, limited or GT springs on, then your car will be lower by an inch.
It seems to have to do with the fact that Base models come with 15" wheels standard and the touring and limited come with 16" wheels.
I could be wrong in this (would not be the first time), but I believe it is correct.
