It sounds like they have tried a bunch of stuff. I don't know what else they could do to fix it.
Have you test driven at another dealer? If you are able to prove it's your car, not others (or yourself) you will be on stronger ground. Other avenues are the local news 'troubleshooter' and state bureaus. Be firm, be polite, be sure to get everything possible in writing. This sounds like it's going to be a long process.
