Chino,
There is a TSB regarding a faulty fuel sensor/gauge, and although this does NOTHING to improve the mpg, it is a warranty job. Sometimes when I knew the tank was full, it would register empty the next morning, and when Cruising with other Cruisers, my fuel gauge would register 1/2 tank used when everyone else's read a slight nudge below full. So if your gauge is inaccurate, how do you really know how much fuel you really used??
I was hopeful that in some way, repairing the gauge (and locatiing a small miniscule gas leak) would improve my mpg; no such luck. I still average 16-17. Sucks.
