The PT auto trans will shift at 5825rpm regardless of the gear selection.
Leave it in (D), 3, or low and it will always shift at 5825 from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.
It will go to the 6250 rev limit in 3rd.
I've tested this on a chassis dyno many times.
