Four main thoughts
1. After looking at the list of names already used, it seemed many good word plays were taken
2. Didn't want to use my own name for privacy reasons
3. Many posts ask specfic questions without identifying the exact year/engine-trans/equipment level
4. I've had too many nicknames over the years to need another
I figured a simple descriptive ID was best, even if it's boring. It may be a sign of my age or gender, but I've never 'named' my cars. They've been "the purple car" or "the Demon" or "the race car" for example. I choose to have unique cars, not unique names. See the pic.
