Thanks for getting back to me. More specifically, when the car is in park or neutral and press on gas pedal when reach 4000 RPM its like the fuel is shut off. IF hit accelerator several times to rev up engine between 3500 - 4000 rpm same result. Its not like I really checked before, I replaced exhaust so I can't compare.. When I was done installing exhaust and I started it up to listen to exhaust is whne I notice. WHen in gear in driving everything seems fine. I was talking to a friend who said car might have programmed into computer neutral rpm limiter. I am going to hop into a stock PT to check out if rpm is limited. If you have any other idesa, or anyone else has any ideas I greatly would appreciate the response.
