I've heard these before. Turbo mufflers making up to and extra 12hp, yeah right! It's a ricer fart muffler, and the silencer is there if you prefer it to sound like a real muffler and not that bees in a can combined with a cherry bomb muffler sound. Forget these type and go with the tried and true mufflers, for example Flowmasters.
