too many products, too little knowledge, too confusing. Every retail company is fighting for market share. The loser in the end is the uneducated customer. I won't tell you that my suppiers make it easy on us professionals either. one of my suppliers has over 65 tire dressings, yes thats right, 65!!!!! so if you think this market is saturated, your right.
