The
"pssssssssst sound" you hear is normal for a BOV, although it is not very noticeable (sometimes people don't know what to listen for) with the stock BOV that vents to the inside. However, if you have an aftermarket
Mopar BOV (that vents to the outside) it will definitely be louder and look like this (blue metal part with two holes):
