There isn't much weight to them, so any small sheetmetal screw that's long enough to got through the clamps and the car's lip should work. I would offer that you should get good quality, coated screws. No need to start a rust issue on the body. Also, if they are too long, they will snag when you are wiping the lower edge of the body. Keep the wiring away from anything that could burn or rub.
