Are you referring to European "city lights"? These are typically 8-watt bulbs residing in the headlamp housing that give off a subtle glow that is noticeable enough for safety but not obnoxious like the American daytime running light debacle.

If you’re looking for a ready-made solution I don’t know of one yet. There are universal kits available in which you drill into the housing to install a grommet and bulb. Because the PT uses the 9005/9006 headlights, the easier-to-install H4 city light ring kit doesn’t work. See
