Ok, Legion. I put the same Pioneer's in my PT because of your recommendation and by a friend of mine's. Install was pretty straight forward. The front door panels require some brute force. I felt like I was gonna break something getting those tabs to pop. The screws in the armrest can be taken out with the right size flathead screwdriver. And boy were you right about that one screw in the back. We were able to work it out with a screwdriver and some pliers, but when we put the new ones in, we just didn't put that screw in. I think it should be fine. If it starts to rattle, I'll fix it later. They have great crisp clear sound, but still not enough bass. Its good, but comparing it to my brother's Stratus coupe with the Infinity upgrade, definately shows the need for something else. I wish there was some kind of harness or something to use to keep from having to splice the wires though. Oh well. If anyone else is thinking about doing this, it is definately worth doing it yourself and saving some money.
