Stephen, I take it that what you mean by front windows are the driver and passenger side windows! I don't think any state allows for a tint of the front window except for about 5 or 6 inches at the top. As far as the "memo" on the side windows, I guess your talking about the words that show that the glass conforms to the safety procedures while building cars. All three of my cars have been tinted by professional window tint installers and there was no problem going right over the "memo" on all the cars and one of the cars has had the tint for years without any adhesion problems. Once the tint is on, you really have to look hard to find the "memo" at all so personally I wouldn't worry about it....just my 2 cents worth... P.S. follow the instructions after the tint is put on.
