Gotta go along with Sci-Fi and Cruzin NW. I broke mine in at highway speeds moving from Maryland to Florida. Sat in traffic and cruised between 70 and 80. Changed to Castrol synthetic when I got here and change every 3,000 with filter. Just passed the 30,000 mile mark and haven't had a bit of trouble.
