When monitored: Immediately after a cold start, with battery/ambient temperature between 40F and 90F, and coolant temp within 10F of battery/ambient, and fuel level between 15% and 85%.
Set condition: If there is a leak larger than .040" and smaller than .080" in the EVAP system.
Possible causes: actual leak in the EVAP system, intermittent leak detection pump monitor failure, loose gas cap.
