Mobil 1 is a great product! I've been using it for over 15 years on three different cars with no oil related problems. But, there are a lot of good filters out there too besides the Mobil 1 filter. I've been using FRAM (PH3614) for over 30,000 miles on the PT and at only about 3.50 a piece. Now FRAM has an upgraded filter where the core is covered with the additive PTFE (DG3614)and it's only about 6.00 each. They can be found in any of the leading auto stores. Good site is
