I doubt that they are interchangeable; the GT's front and rear are disk (larger in the front) & front caliper. Since the rotor is larger, the mounting location & pads would be different from non-GT models.
I may be wrong, but I've always seen separate part numbers for replacement brake parts for GTs vs. non-GTs.
