Welcome.
It's VERY easy.
Jack up & remove wheel.
2 thru-bolts hold on caliper.
Pry pads back a bit to take off caliper.
A Star washer on a stud is all that holds rotor on.
Take old pads out.
C-Clamp to push piston back (slowly).
Put on new rotor, slip in new pads.
Put caliper back - note: rubber sleeves on bolts can get it the way, pull them back while mounting caliper.

Go to another shop or do it yourself:
1) $229 is high - I replaced all 4 rotors & pads with the best parts for just under $300.
2) I don't think anybody makes ceramic rear pads for the PT - Fronts, yes.

I went to NAPA, ceramic front pads (Raybestos), top line rotors & better rear pads - NAPA has several prices - the more expensive rotors are better steel.
