I have only heard of 1 or 2 cases of needing a front axle - 1 was where a guy had a much-modified turbo putting out way too many horsepower, and another where the rubber protective boots were torn and dirt crub got in.
Did they say what in particular? Did axle get Bent? Was it bearings?
