You covered a lot there...
I have never ever seen rotors that do not rust. The zince coating will get scraped off by the pads.
Put Raybestos ceramic pads (PartsAmerica.Com, RockAuto.Com, or NAPA)
in and dust will go to zero and braking will be better.
You can put aluminum discs behind the wheels of the rears, and hide the drums.
Drums and calipers can be painted - many have done it - suggest a high-temp paint and good prepping (clean).
Stainless brake lines keep all hydraulic pressure going to caliper, not balooning brake lines. I doubt you'd notice a difference.
