I only had the DynoMax single exhaust before. I took a piece of paper and traced the outline of the OEM hole. Found exactly where the second exhaust would come out and took a magic marker and drew a half circle where I needed it cut. The guy at the muffler shop used my marker line to cut the hole with a dremmel tool. No painting was necessary. It's not perfect, and tiny flaws can be seen if you get really close but you almost have to get down on your hands and knees to see it.
