The best thing I've ever found is a product called "Nature's Miracle." It can be found in any good pet store. Just follow the directions on the bottle. It works with enzymes that break down the organic compounds in the spill so it takes a few days to work completely. It works great on pet "accidents" and I've used it successfully on a friend's car upholstery that was starting to stink from spilled milk. I've never tried it on "carb juice," but it's sure worth a try.
