I don't think there is a "tool" for this, ifso I would like to see one. My hands just bearly fit the wheel well access hole, but not without leaving some skin. To make it worse, the bulbs I eventually got to go in were not streight socketed, but had an "elbow" bend. Got them in but not without pain. I was talking to someone at a show reciently and he said that he was able to get to the driver side bulb rather easily by removing the cold air box, which just pulls out. I havn't tried that, but you can check it out. For the passenger side, you will probably need to find someone with smaller hands. Let us know if you find a "tool" to make this job easier.
