Maybe where turbomangt is car owners don't look for "clean" cars. From my prospective and experience it's better to have a well detailed car than not. I've found that more shows, even PT Cruiser shows are being judged by outside judges. Personally I like that better than the voting by participants, especially when there are groups of people who know each other. Here in Southern California many shows have added one or more PT Cruiser classes.
