I have tried what I think is the EDTIP but it doesn't help. The PCM gets wise after about 20 miles. I disconnected the vac line running from the UCP to TIP sil. and unplugged the vac line into the TIP sensor. Is this the correct way to do it? If it is, then DC programmed the 05 PCM to detect it and throw a code. I have even tried using stock boost and EDTIP and got the same results. Did this just to see if the PCM recongnized the dissconnected sil and sensor lines and it did throw a code. Any thoughts... Sorry to thread jack.
