It's pretty....that's about all I'll say about it. Not enough difference to justify the price. Mine works fine but I've had a lot ot problems with the screws that hold the shift rod to the shifter coming loose. I've had to finally use red loctite to keep them from coming loose. All in all I'd have to say it wasn't worth the 150 plus dollars.... but that's just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions....[:I]
