Hi from Riverside and I have installed Eibach sway bar install kit and no problems so far. Not sure if Gary has a problem with the install kit or the way he installed it. Seems to me there is no real way to install it wrong enough to break anything!! I gave him the only toll free number I had which I got from shox.com when they shorted me parts last May.
