Haven't seen that exact panel but Chrysler built one for a concept. It was live and in person at Cruise the Falls a couple years. AND, Chrysler had the mind to slip in a little bit more engine than normal...I don't have the picture handy but that little panel was running with the Viper V10 under the hood. [
