Here is a test you can use. Does it sound too good to be true? Are they offering a small add-on that the Car Manufacturers could have built in and be able to increase mileage? They are under intense pressure to increase MPG, and have done some pretty expensive things to make the numbers. If they could have put in an oil treatment, vanes in the intake or exhaust, magnets on the fuel lines, or anything else for pennies per car, it would have been done BEFORE multi-point electronic fuel injection, extremely tight machining tolerances, Thin-to-thick sheetmetal (a PT first), or any of the many other things that cost hundreds per car. While there are some great aftermarket products, there are a lot of snake-oil salesmen, too. BTW, don't buy from unsolicited emails, either...[XX(]
