That sure sounds like a brake wear issue. I don't understand why the dealer service wouldn't find that to be the problem.
About those chrome, Turbo GT wheels, Bent one, got a quote from dealer for $600, I next went to a wheel repair place but my rim was not repairable. However, they offered to get me a new, stock rim for $250. Ya gotta watch those dealer parts guys!
