Agreed, but "twisting air" or inducing tumble in the combustion chamber is a completely different thing than twisting air BEFORE the throttle plate or in the intake port. Also, any add-on that 'works' or increases power in both EFI (dry flow) and carb or TBI (wet flow) applications is suspect.
