I got ours from PT Warehouse at Carlisle. I thought someone stole the lower half but after getting a replacement and seeing how it installs it could have just fallen off. I put up a thread about it. PT Warehouse put it on for my wife. If I had looked at it and saw how it clips I would have installed it myself at home with screws. I like the look but the attachments leave a lot to be desired.
