You should change your handle to slowsilverdon since it seems that you can't understand simple facts. The Pres cannot order troops into an area without the request from the gov of the state. She refused to allow it. The first line of defense is the local and state government. They both failed miserably. You just want to blame Bush plan and simple. I realize that no matter what you read or hear your going to do that.

Bush could come out today and say he found personally found a cure for cancer and you and the other Bush haters would complain about the lab rats that are going to be out of work.
