Also, according to what you wrote, did they search your car without asking? If do they violated you civil rights, and as such you could charge them, unless the place you under aresst for a crime then it is different. You may be a minor, but the law still stands, and they took advantage of the fact they knew you did not know this, so time to bean up on them bill of rights okay?
Or you gave them permission and all was well, but they must ask first.
