I haven't done one in a PT (mine is at only 13k), but have done many in the past. I can tell you that if you haven't done one before, this would not be a good one to start on. It's very tight and a DOHC is tougher than a SOHC. If you must do it due to lack of local pro talent or money, research it (factory manual) and have someone with experience lend a hand. If you get it all right it will be a great feeling. If you get any of it wrong, it could be a lot more money and a big bummer.
