Now we need to spend several million dollars having a congressional investigation and CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS and the New York Times will have fourteen stories each, all exploring how Bush and Karl Rove plotted it all in Texas over the summer. And Cindy Sheehan will give an interview crying and claiming a rat ran across her sleeping bag when she was camping out at Bush's ranch and she is sure they were "testing" it on her!
