If my memory serves correct, I do believe there are [two] PT GT's out there that have the only Stage 2 PT Kits produced from Flight Systems.

Outside of the PCM, you can physcially run Stage 2 or Stage 3 on the PT. The parts will bolt up, with any problem what so ever; however without the computer, it's pointless. Think of the computer as the brain. You could buy Stage 3, and run a good boost management/controller off of the stock computer, but you'd be better off buying an aftermarket turbo setup with components designed to work together. You could also buy Stage 2 (or rather just the wastegate) and again, run some kind of boost management/controller, but why waste the money when you can buy something aftermarket that will work equivilantly at half of the cost. Had Stage 3 been designed for the PT, it would undoubtedly push the limits of the automatic transmission, and most likely the manual transmission as well. Keep in mind, the SRT-4 has a beefier manual transmission than the PT (the PT uses a Getrag). There is no programming for the PT, and there no is a way to re-flash the computer to run correctly with all aspects of the PT Cruiser. So unless someone knows someone at Flight Systems who would be willing to tune you a Stage 2 or 3 computer, you're better off going aftermarket.
