In my 2004 LE Turbo I get around 22 in town but about 29 on the highway. We took a trip to Arizona this spring and I averaged 29.6 crossing Kansas.
I use a K&N drop-in air filter, I've removed my airbox silencers, use Mobil1 SuperSyn oil and K&N oil filter, Michelin HydroEdge tires with 38 lbs. of pressure and NGK iridium plugs with Mopar HiPerf wires.
